Breaking 2020 KM

Breaking 2020 KM

The year I ran a lot more than usual โ€œWell, that was a year of running that I wasnโ€™t prepared for.โ€ โ€“ I think that would be a reasonable summary of 2020 for most of us runners. Fancied a quick run this morning, it was beautiful out there ๐Ÿ˜€
I was Chief Supporter for my wife yesterday at the @ridelondon 100 mile event ๐Ÿ˜€
Early runs are so peaceful. No people, no poorly disciplined dogs just sunshine and countryside. ๐Ÿ˜€
Beautiful morning along the shore of Worthing for a chatty half marathon with a friend ๐Ÿ˜Š.
Golden hay and blue sky, fabulous contrast of colour ๐Ÿ˜€
Such a glorious start to the day! ๐Ÿ˜€
Glorious sunshine and definitely a day for countryside miles. ๐Ÿ˜€
First day in the south of Tenerife and headed out into the local foothills. All sorts of terrain and every time I run this route this way round I canโ€™t find the tracks when off-piste. A few scrapes and scratches but it was fun.
After an erratic week of work and little time for running it was great to get out this morning.
A couple of days in Hoofddorp, clearly brought my running shoes with me ๐Ÿ˜„
F O G is a bizarre weather to run in. It seems to deaden the countryside sounds and also you get damp from the moisture, I had to keep wiping my eyes to remove the droplets of water. Weird ๐Ÿ˜„
Made a point of getting out early for a better chance of a quieter route. Inhaled breakfast when I arrived home ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜
Sunshine ๐Ÿ˜
That golden hour feel ๐Ÿ˜
Exploring Manchester first thing this morning.
Foggy and frozen run today ๐Ÿฅถ
