😍 M O R Z I N E 😍. Took a day off the downhill bike and headed out into the mountains on foot. It was beautiful out there.
Helllooo Friday and what a way to spend the morning 😍. Out in the sunshine running along Dorset's Jurassic coast with lush green fields and contrasting blue sea.
The weather! Yesterday's run was super πŸ˜€
An epic way to spend the Jubilee weekend πŸ˜ƒΒ·
It's the eve of the @tenerife_bluetrail Marathon and I'm full of pasta and planning for an early night. Well, that's the plan πŸ™‚

Grabbed my opportunity first thing for a run while the sun was still out. I say out, it was hazy but there were shadows - honest πŸ™‚
What a beautiful day and such a contrast to my weather app's forecast.
Hay! It's a Sunday Long Run day for me. 😁

Early morning dash around the local tracks before a couple of days in the city.
It's taken nearly 4 weeks but I've finally finished it 😁
Monday (instead of Sunday) Long Run. A lot brighter today and the birds were singing loudly with their appreciation. The hedgerows were bustling with activity as I ran along farm tracks.
Closing out the working week in Bristol and definitely needed to get out this morning. A late night with many drinks and only a snack for dinner left me feeling pretty groggy.
What a glorious start to the day!
Three weeks ago today I'd just completed the Paris Mararthon. πŸ˜€
The Paris Marathon - what a way to spend a Sunday. Blue sky, bright sunshine and so many sights to see.
Good morning Paris. I cannot wait to feel the buzz of the crowds and see the sights.
